It Ain't Over Yet

I have to admit to a little bit of panic when I read about the voting results this morning.  But then I realized that just because the Media proclaims a winner, that doesn't make it so.  The Media does not certify election results.

There are reports of a considerable amount of shenanigans going on in the counting of ballots.  President Trump's attorneys are headed to the courts to address these issues.

Nobody knows if the outcome of the election will change.  That remains to be seen.  But until the election is certified for one candidate or the other, all we can do is wait.

And have some faith that occasionally, wrong is punished and right wins.

  1. Everyone was in on this heist except the 'deplorables'. If the numbers in Nevada, Penn, Georgia, etc were .1% in favor of Trump and the networks called it for Trump the Dems would demand a recount. I'm counting on the Lord shining the light on this evil madness. I could except the current outcome if I was convinced that it was on the up and up. But the fact remains that Biden nor Harris ever seemed concerned enough to even campaign! And Harris couldn't even garner a following before the primaries began???? And nobody cares about the Bidens and China??
    Trying not to panic :(

    1. Celaina...I will accept this decision if it can be proved that everything was done by the book, which seems highly unlikely. But I will never put any trust whatsoever in someone who wants to destroy America, which is exactly what will happen should Biden lead our country. I pray daily that God will have mercy on us all.

  2. Certified by the Secretaries of State, not CNN, AP or other alphabet soup media outlet.
And then there's the ElectoralCollege - don't they have to vote? It's been a long time since I've had US History but I seem to remember they're in the mix as well. It's a long way from over...

    1. You are spot on, SJ...Takes much more than a media hack proclaiming a winner. It is my fervent hope that there is still some justice left and the cheating and the cheaters will be exposed in court.

  3. I read a daily devotional called "Our Daily Bread..." he title of today's devotional; "Leave the results to God..."

Good advice... even if the devotional had nothing to do with the election...

    1. I read that too, Pete. And I believe that devotional had everything to do with the current state of affairs. Many times in my life I’ve read a devotional, watched a video, or just opened my Bible randomly and found exactly what God knew I needed. Same here for us, I think. Whatever happens, God will protect and provide for us.

    2. Pete...We have done what we can. It is in God's hands.

LTM...I agree with what you say. As Christians, we believe that God has this.

  4. The people have spoken. Trump will be removed & drug out of our White House if need be. Kindness & compassion have won over chaos & corruption! The whole freaking world is rejoicing & welcoming Joe Biden as our president! And like Donald said, "It is what it is." Accept it.

    1. Well, that's just it. The people have spoken, but what they said may be tainted. I'm with Celaina: I can accept the results when it's clear that they are on the "up and up".

    2. Anon...Why is it that those who spew hate and discontent hide behind "Anonymous." I don't consider anyone kind or compassionate who uses his drug addicted son to line his own pockets through deals with other nations. Kind and compassionate does not describe the economic policies of a Biden administration that promises to take away millions of jobs. As I look out my window tonight, I don't see anyone joyfully dancing in the streets because those of us who have not spent the last four years living in hatred know that when President Trump is gone, there is nobody left to stand up for us. I will accept the outcome of a fair and honest election.

I should be angry at you for leaving a comment like you did, but I am not. I feel sorry for someone who lives with that much hate within themselves. That must be miserable. I do pray for your soul.

    3. chipmunk...I'm with you. I will accept any decision that comes from a fair and honest counting of ballots. What I won't do is stand on a street corner screaming, "Not my president." What I will do is pray for God's guidance of all our leaders as I have done with the current administration, and pray for those who will be hurt should the Biden policies go into effect.

    4. "Anonymous," You say that "Kindness & compassion have won over chaos & corruption." If you believe the abuse the Left has inflicted on both Trump and those who voted for him over the last four years has been "kind and compassionate," then you truly need to adjust your meds.

As for "chaos and corruption," Trump bears no responsibility for "BLM," Antifa, or any of the other various and sundry "peaceful protesters" who terrorized the nation during his term. That was the party of Biden; the party of "peace and tolerance." So too, was the corruption.

Remember this; many have been the people who have danced for joy as they "won," only to find that they were mere useful idiots who played into the hands of fascist, socialist, and communist regimes who ended up leaving them with nothing but a name, memories of how things were, and, if lucky, a pulse... Russia, China, Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, North Viet Nam, and WW2 Germany and Italy come to mind immediately. ...You go ahead and enjoy the "celebrating..."

It sounds like you went for the "free cheese." What you haven't been told yet is that the cheese was in a mousetrap... Enjoy the meal... and the desserts...

    6. You said it just fine, Vicki. I usually don't like to call someone out in a blog comment thread, but This one needed schooling. I won't make it a habit...

  5. Hello Vicki~ When I listened to the Woman in Michigan talk about the 6000 Trump Votes that were transferred to Biden due to a Vote Counting program software "Glitch" , that gave me pause. Interesting. So, if that happened with that county, what about the rest of the counties in Michigan. Upon further discovery, that particular software program is also used in 30 other States. Was the same Glitch in play?

Is it possible that a few lines of Code were altered and pushed as a software update? If so, when? Red

    1. Red...I am not tech savy enough to know how it was done, but it is looking like it happened. There are other things that need to be explained like the boxes and bags of ballots carried into the counting buildings in the middle of the night or the poll watchers who were not allowed access to the buildings or kept so far away they couldn't see anything or the video of ballot counters filling out ballots themselves or the dead people who miraculously rose from their graves to vote. I'm pretty sure the Republican attorneys will be taking these and many other issues up with the courts come Monday morning.

  6. I'm not borrowing worry until this ends. The Supreme Court will decide. Fraud is fraud. And I know it exists. If you follow my blog, I shared when it happened to someone my friend knows.

    1. Yes, Kristina...I read about what happened. If that one person was told she had already voted when she hadn't, you can rest assured that wasn't just a one time thing. All we can do now is pray until this election is settled in the courts.

    1. Thanks for the links, Red...I will take a look at them a little later this evening. I had read somewhere that the software company had done an update the day before the election. Can't confirm that, however.

    1. I heartily agree. We need to put God back into those places where He has been removed - schools - businesses - places of government. Pray without ceasing seems to be in order, especially now.

  10. Kindness and compassion DID win, and I have no idea where you got the idea that Biden will destroy America. How anyone could want 4 more years of Trump is beyond me. The courts are waiting for Trump to provide some credible evidence of fraud, and so far, he has not been able to. Now Trump just comes off as whiny and childish. If you want to read a classy, gracious concession speech, read John McCain's speech when he lost to Obama.
