Every year, the weekend after Thanksgiving, my son and his family go to a tree farm to cut down their Christmas tree. And they always post a picture of their adventure.
They make my heart glad.

Thanks for sharing the photo. Families are so important, and something as simple as searching for the right Christmas tree is a glimpse into what makes the world a better place.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome, Jess. When I see families doing things together and enjoying each others company, it just gives me cause to hope for our future.
ReplyDeleteGreat pics, too cold for me but would not have been when I was younger. :-D
ReplyDeleteJMD...Kind of cold for me, too, but the grandkids sure love the snow.
ReplyDeleteOh, Oh, Oh - Wonderful :)
ReplyDeleteDani...That was my reaction when I first saw this photo. :)
ReplyDeleteThis was the first time in a few years we had snow on our annual trip to the Christmas Tree farm. The farm is wonderful with horse drawn wagon rides, hot cocoa and apple cider, and the smell of the evergreens. It really is a fun family activity we all look forward to every year.

David...This picture of the kids is marvelous. I love seeing them having fun and spending a day as a family. You and Staci are doing such a good job raising my grandchildren, and I am proud of all of you.
