Bummer about the lost comments. So, I said on yesterday's post that I too would clean up for the cleaning service. And that my Mom did it too. She'd get the house 'clean' for the cleaning crew. She wanted them to do the heavy stuff and chores she'd rather not do like toilets.Great test of the memory!! I'm pretty sure I passed.Ha!Off to the gardens to water. It's cooler today and mid70s, perfect in my book. Strawberries are still producing and the peas are coming in. I'm picking them as snow peas right now but am starting to let some go to get peas. Also picking greens --feeling like Popeye.Cheers SJ
SJ...I guess I do it mostly to make things a bit easier for her. She does such a good job for me. She has several cleaning jobs and she helps a wheelchair bound woman morning and evening, getting her up and ready for the day and then reversing the process in the evening. And I don't want her to know how messy I can be. :)Sounds like the garden is coming along nicely. I love homegrown peas, especially raw. And the greens - Popeye would be proud!
Blogger is like Facebook, when they work on something, all manner of bad things can happen.
Gorges...I haven't had any trouble with FB, but then all I do there is message my son to ask him to pick up something for me on his way home from work or to steal family pictures. I have not had any real problem with blogger before. I have concluded it was likely operator error. :)
That has happened to me intermittently all the years I've been blogging. I have never been able to figure out why it does it.
Harry...I think I may have been the cause of the problem. The page where you put a new post has a list of options on the left. I wanted to change a reply to a comment this morning, so I clicked on 'Comments.' Each comment and reply has a small box to check and there is also a checkbox above that when checked, activates all the comments on the regular page - I have maybe 4 or 5 posts per page. I clicked the box above and then 'delete' which made all the comments float off into wherever comments go to die. I simply wasn't paying attention and shot myself in the foot.I expect I have thoroughly confused you now. :)
