Look! Green Growing Plants!

And they are on my windowsills.  And they are still alive.  It is a miracle.

As you all know, I am the serial killer of indoor plants.  But somehow, these vegetables I planted are still alive.  Must be really tough to have survived this long.

These are cucumbers, cantaloupe and zucchini.

These are two pots of cherry tomatoes and one of green bell peppers.

And here we have peas and yellow snap beans.  And the beans have blossoms.

It takes so little to amuse me.  :)

    1. Thanks, Dani...They may be alive today, but I make no promises about tomorrow. :)

  2. That's awesome. I have a few that I "killed" this year, but I'm okay with that, ha ha!

    1. Kristina...I have no expectations of actually getting any fruit from them, but it is just fun to see how long it takes before I murder them. So far - so good. :)

Feeling better today but still taking it easy. Cheers, SJ

    1. Thanks, SJ...It is amazing to me that the plants haven't just laid down and died. I think I am paying closer attention because they are garden plants, which I love to grow.

Sending lots of good thoughts your way. Hope you get to feeling better soon. Keep in mind that a good murder mystery and a cup of hot chocolate go a long ways toward recovering. I would loan you my green fuzzy blanket if I could. :)

  4. I, like you, am absolutely fascinated and grateful when I see plants grow instead of die. I am easily amused, too.

    1. Linda...My track record with keeping indoor plants alive is abysmal, so it is with delight that I am watching these grow. And being easily amused means we are never bored, are we!
